About SeaPerch

SeaPerch is an aquatic robotics competition for middle and high school students. Teams build a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and engage in the engineering design process to prepare their device for underwater pool challenges.

While building their ROV the are learning about basic engineering and design. In addition to the science content, students learn collaboration, creativity and critical thinking skills. Each year the Mission Challenge relates to a real-world scenario.
