  • Trained Peer facilitated programs: stress, time management, alcohol use/non-use decisions, nutrition basics, sexual health
  • Alcohol and other Drug Prevention and Education: Recovery Ally Training, Language of Recovery, Narcan training, BASICS/Challenging Decisions
  • Collegiate Recovery Programming: Seahawk Strength and Hope, CRC AfterHours, Smart Recovery, Coffee Connect, Recovery Month Programming
  • Nutrition Programming: Seahawk Supper, Intuitive Eating, Smart Recovery, Culinary Crash Course, Eating Disorder Awareness, National Nutrition Month Programming
  • Healthy Hawks Ambassadors: Wellbeing Education, BetterYou ambassadors, registered student organization liaisons
